WHEN IS PAYMENT REQUIRED FOR THE SUPPORT?

We always require payment in advance, before deploying the team to do the task. That way we know that we are covered for the cost’s involved on our end in trying to rectify the matter. However we will always give you an outline before hand as to what we believe the issue is, and we will quote you on the job to solve the issue. You are then able to choose whether to go ahead with it, or go elsewhere. We will never surprise you with a bill. Promise.

WILL I BE STUCK ON CHAT-SUPPORT FOR HOURS TALKING TO SOMEONE WHO DOESN’T SPEAK ENGLISH?

Never. As long as Daniel is the Manager of eBuilt Website Solutions, we will always maintain the #1 rule in hiring staff. English MUST be a main language, OR they must be really good at it. This is not just for customer support, but also because it’s the only language that Daniel speaks too. You can rest assured that you will never face that problem, and you will always have someone able to assist you who understands the tech industry as well as the langauge.

WHAT DO YOU PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR?

We provide support for any business whether large or small to assist them with their tech and online issues. As broad as that is, we do our best to supply you the assistance you need. We do NOT offer support for computer based software or hardware issues. So, if your website is down, you are having email issues, a plugin has gone haywire… We are here to help. If you can’t load a program on your computer, your hard-drive is making a noise, or you can’t access the internet, you will need to call someone else. That’s not our area of expertise. We will let you know if we do or don’t service your issue.

DO YOU GUARANTEE YOUR WORK?

Absolutely. If we know that we cannot provide a solution, OR it’s something that is out of our realm of expertise then we are ready to admit it, and point you in the direction of the right kind of tech support you need. However, once we take on a job, we will never leave it undone. IF we say we will fix it for $200, then you will only pay $200, and it will be done regardless of how long it takes. IF it happens to break again down the track, that’s different. We cannot guarantee something WON’T happen in the future, as there are many factors involved online. However we WILL supply a finished solution every time.
