SEO

We LOVE Facebook ads and how targeted and effective they can be. However, there is something that we love even more than that. FREE TRAFFIC.

YOUR WEBSITE AND ONLINE PRESENCE IS JUST LIKE A BILLBOARD, ABSOLUTELY USELESS UNLESS THERE IS TRAFFIC GOING PAST IT.

SEO is the idea of doing a certain series of tasks to ensure that your website can not only be found, but also ranked and visited in the Google Search pages.

There are a lot of factors that go into SEO and some, a lot of companies miss. Then, there are those ‘Black Hat’ techniques that work for a moment, and get you to the top, only to have you lose ground and punished for ‘spammy’ systems.

Don’t be fooled, those masses of emails and phone calls that you receive the minute you purchase a domain offer the world, and promise page 1 of google in record timing, and for only a few dollars, but often come with some catches and a lot of trickery.

Like anything, a good solid foundation will ensure success, and ‘Rome wasn’t built in a day’….

eBuilt Website Solutions focuses their attention to many areas of the SEO landscape including operating a complete ‘mini-net’ to ensure maximum discoverability online. Our saying is, #1 on Google is irrelevant, if you can dominate the entire page with #2, #4, #5, #7, #8 & #10… When people see the same URL showing up all over page 1, they recognise who the authority is.

From XML Sitemaps, Google Web-tools, Onpage and Offpage Keyword Ranking, Image Alt Tags, Social Media Links, Footers, HTML Sitemaps, Classified and article submissions, Listing directories and more… We leave no rock unturned, and ensure everything is done in an ‘above the board’ manner to ensure high quality links, and authentic ranking.

FAQs

HOW DO WE KNOW IF IT’S WORKING?

We use many tools to get your rankings and page analysis. We use a number of different methods to determine where you are currently, and then we supply a report. We then do the work, and run another report at the end of each month. That way you can see the results, and as we are using the same tools for consistency, you will be able to be assured that there is no trickery going on, or deceptive methods being used.

WHAT ARE BACKLINKS AND HOW DO THEY WORK?

Google measures numerous amounts of information to gather your ranking when it comes to google placement on the search results. 3 main factors that they take into account are Keywords, Backlinks and Bounce Rates. The more keyword specific you are, and the more backlinks, the more likely they are to rank you. This is a good start. Easy to get those. Bounce rates are when a visitor clicks on your site, and then leaves again without taking action. Also, easy to get, and Google then punishes you for it, and stops ranking. Hence the spammy ‘SEO’ people promise page 1, but it doesn’t last long.

Backlinks are where they will go to all the blog post’s and post a comment on the blog, with a link to your website in it. The more backlinks, the ‘better’ it appears. However Google is smarter than that and realises that QUALITY backlinks are far greater than QUANTITY backlinks. And therefor a backlink in a comment on an Automotive Blog to a site selling baby products is NOT as good as a backlink from a ‘parenting forum’.
